MEMORANDUM OF ORAL DECISION DELIVERED BY CARMINE TUCCI ON JULY 17, 2025, and OCTober 15, 2025, AND ORDER OF THE TRIBUNAL
INTRODUCTION
This decision incorporates two separate CMCs relating to these appeals.
1At this third Case Management Conference (“CMC”) concerning appeals filed by 2708971 Ontario Inc. (“Appellant”) regarding the property municipally known as 9650 Highway 27, in the City of Vaughan, the Tribunal was provided updates as they relate to these appeals.
2A second CMC was held on July 17, 2025, where the Tribunal was informed that the Appellant has filed an appeal against the City’s Comprehensive Zoning By-law (Tribunal File No. OLT-22-002014) and intended to request that the OLT 22-002014 appeal be heard together with the current appeals being considered.
3At the second CMC, the Tribunal acknowledged the request and granted that Tribunal File No. OLT 22-002014 will be heard together with the current Appeals.
HEARING EVENT DETAILS
4On consent, the Parties at the second CMC requested hearing dates in the third quarter of 2026. The Tribunal scheduled a 15 day hearing commencing July 6, 2026 at 10 a.m.
5At this third CMC, the Tribunal was informed that there were no updates, the assigned hearing dates will remain as scheduled and that consideration for possible Tribunal led mediation may be considered.

ORDER
10THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS THAT the request is granted and Tribunal File No. OLT 25-000033 and Tribunal File No. OLT 22-002014 shall be heard together, in accordance with Rule 16.3 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Practice and Procedure.
11THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS THAT the Procedural Order, attached as Schedule 1 to this Order, is approved.
12No further notice will be given.
