THIS MATTER, in respect of claims for compensation by the Claimant, Buddy’s Subs and Grills, under section (“s.”) 22 of the Expropriations Act (“Act”) and brought pursuant to s.26(1) of the Act, for the business located at the property known municipally as 1920 Barton Street East in the City of Hamilton, came before the Ontario Land Tribunal (“Tribunal”) on May 19, 2026 for its first Case Management Conference;

AND THE TRIBUNAL having received the Procedural Order on May 13, 2026 on consent;

AND THE TRIBUNAL confirming the Parties’ awareness of Tribunal-led mediation;

AND THE TRIBUNAL having scheduled a four-day Hearing to commence on Monday, March 1, 2027 at 10 a.m. by videoconference with the following details:
