Order
THESE MATTERS having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the "Tribunal") and the Tribunal having issued a Final Order on January 10, 2024 approving the final form of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendments to the satisfaction of the City's Solicitor and Chief Planner;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request, on consent of the City, to correct the Final Order amending the City's Zoning By-law 0225-2007 due to a minor technical error that inadvertently neglected to include the City's standard zoning by-law language to expressly confirm that the historic office, commercial and retail uses remain permitted uses on the Subject Property prior to the removal of the holding symbol;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the approved amendment to the City's Zoning By-law 0225-2007 is replaced with the corrected Zoning By-law Amendment attached as 'Attachment 1' to this Order.
In all other respects the Final Order remains the same.
