Decision
THIS MATTER having come on for public hearing before the Ontario Municipal Board (the "Board") and the Board having issued its Decision on January 14, 2015 and extending the deadline for clearing the conditions to June 6, 2015;
AND THE BOARD having issued its Decision on April 9, 2015 having further extended the lapsing date for the clearing of conditions to June 6, 2016;
AND THE BOARD having issued its Decision on April 26, 2016 having further extended the lapsing date for the clearing of conditions to June 6, 2018;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued its Decision on April 3, 2018 having further extended the lapsing date for the clearing of conditions to June 6, 2020;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued its Decision on April 23, 2020 having further extended the lapsing date for the clearing of conditions to June 6, 2023;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued its Decision on March 13, 2023 having further extended the lapsing date for the clearing of conditions to June 6, 2026;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request from 2411576 Ontario Inc. (Far Sight Homes), which acquired the subject lands from R&M Homes Limited, for a four- (4)-year extension to the lapsing date, to June 6, 2030;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having been advised that the Township of Adjala-Tosorontio supports the extension of the lapsing date;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the lapsing date for the clearing of conditions for draft plans AT-T-0103 and AT-T-0502 are extended for four (4) years up to and inclusive of June 6, 2030.
