THIS MATTER having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) for a Case Management Conference on March 12, 2026;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued the Procedural Order on March 19, 2026, for the purpose of governing the required procedures leading up to the hearing commencing on July 6, 2026;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request, on consent of the Parties, to amend some of the procedural timelines contained in the Procedural Order;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the following dates from the Procedural Order are amended:
Parties to exchange witness statements and expert witness statements (paragraph 13) changed from May 21, 2026, to May 28, 2026;
Parties to exchange reply witness statements and expert witness statements (paragraph 17) changed from June 8, 2026, to June 15, 2026;
In all other respects the Procedural Order remains the same.
