THIS MATTER, in respect of the five appeals relating to an expropriation by the Ministry of Transportation in the Community of Tempo, London, came before the Ontario Land Tribunal (“Tribunal”) on January 12, 2026 by a Telephone Conference Call at which two requests were made by the Parties: an update on the status of the proposed mediation in February, and that some minor amendments be made, on consent, to the Procedural Order governing these appeals;

THE TRIBUNAL Member informed the Parties that they do not have access to the Mediation Calendar but will ensure that the Case Coordinator communicates with the Tribunal’s Mediation Team to confirm the February mediation dates, and will provide the Parties with confirmation of same;

THE TRIBUBAL ORDERS that the revised Procedural Order appended as Attachment 1 shall be in full force and effect for the purpose of governing the required procedures lead up to and including the hearing event.

The Member is not seized but may be spoken to through the Case Coordinator if any issues arise.
