UPON APPEAL having been brought by The Address Inc. pursuant to s. 22 (7) of the Planning Act (“Act”) for an Official Plan Amendment (“OPA”) and s. 34(11) of the Act for a Zoning By-law Amendment (“ZBL”) on the non-decisions by the City of Toronto (“City”) of the applications for the property municipally known as 245-251 Marlee Avenue, 1-7 Romar Crescent and 16 Stayner Avenue in the City;
THE TRIBUNAL marked as Exhibit 1 the Affidavit of Service by Nancy Borges dated December 19, 2025, attesting to proper Notice having been given for this Case Management Conference (“CMC”) and proceeded to conduct a Case Management Conference (“CMC”) on January 16, 2026 by video conference;
AND THE TRIBUNAL, on consent of the Parties, granted Participant status to Roman Kiselev and Party status to Mark Nitz and Julie Saunders;
AND THE TRIBUNAL confirmed the Parties’ awareness of Tribunal-led mediation;
AND THE TRIBUNAL scheduled a twelve-day Merit Hearing to commence on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at 10 a.m., through to Thursday, July 30, 2026 by video conference;
