WHEREAS the Tribunal, having received an application for leave to appeal Environmental Compliance Approval No. 5373-DEWHG7, and an application for leave to appeal Permit to Take Water No. 7112-DSZTBW, from Grassy Narrows First Nation (the "Applicant"), on May 7, 2026; and
WHEREAS the Applicant, having requested consolidation of its applications for leave to appeal; and
WHEREAS the Directors, Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks, and the Instrument Holder, Great Bear Resources Ltd., having consented to the Applicant's request for consolidation; and
WHEREAS the Tribunal finds that the request for consolidation is appropriate for a fair, just and expeditious Tribunal proceeding;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS THAT OLT Case Numbers OLT-26-000405 and OLT-26-000407 are consolidated, in accordance with Rule 16.2 of the Tribunal's Rules of Practice and Procedure.
