THESE MATTERS having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) for a Motion hearing on March 20, 2026;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued the Procedural Order on April 21, 2026, for the purpose of governing the required procedures leading up to the hearing commencing on June 8, 2026;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request, on consent of the Parties, to amend some of the procedural timelines contained in the Procedural Order;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the following dates from the Procedural Order are amended:
Experts shall prepare a list of Agreed Statement of Facts (paragraph 10) changed from May 15, 2026 to May 13, 2026;
Parties shall provide copies of their expert witness statements to other Parties (paragraph 14) changed from May 11, 2026 to May 20, 2026;
Parties may provide to all other Parties a written response (paragraph 16) changed from May 22, 2026 to May 27, 2026;
In all other respects the Procedural Order remains the same.
