THESE MATTERS having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) for a Case Management Conference on March 20, 2026;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued the Procedural Order on March 26, 2026, for the purpose of governing the required procedures leading up to the hearing commencing on September 21, 2026;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request, on consent of the Parties, to amend some of the procedural timelines contained in the Procedural Order;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the following dates from the Procedural Order are amended:
The Applicant’s deadline to submit revised proposal, originally April 24, 2026, is changed to May 15, 2026;
In all other respects the Procedural Order remains the same.
