THIS MATTER having come on for public hearing and after the hearing, the Ontario Municipal Board in its Decision issued May 25, 2016, granting approval to the Draft Plan of Subdivision and Draft Plan Conditions, and the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal having granted an amendment to the draft plan of subdivision and draft approval conditions in its Order issued on April 24, 2018;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request to approve certain revisions to the draft plan conditions approved by the Tribunal, and the Tribunal having received the consent of the parties, and after reviewing the request;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the draft plan approval shall now apply to the draft plan shown in Draft Plan of Subdivision plan 30T-11701 prepared by Van Harten Surveying Inc. revised June 27, 2025;
THE TRIBUNAL FURTHER ORDERS that the Draft Plan Conditions approved in the Decision issued on May 25, 2016, are hereby replaced with the Draft Plan Conditions as set out in Schedule “A” to this Order.
AND THE TRIBUNAL FURTHER ORDERS upon the consent of the parties and pursuant to subsection 51(56.1) of the Planning Act, the Township of Woolwich shall have the authority to clear the conditions of draft plan approval and to administer final approval of the plan of subdivision for the purposes of subsection 51(58) of the Act. In the event that there are any difficulties implementing any of the conditions of draft plan approval, or if any changes are required to be made to the draft plan, the Tribunal may be spoken to.

The Conservation Review Board, the Environmental Review Tribunal, the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal and the Mining and Lands Tribunal are amalgamated and continued as the Ontario Land Tribunal (“Tribunal”). Any reference to the preceding tribunals or the former Ontario Municipal Board is deemed to be a reference to the Tribunal.
