THESE MATTERS having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) for a Phase 1 Settlement Hearing on June 18, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued a revised Procedural Order on December 2, 2025, for the purpose of governing the required procedures leading up to the Phase 2 hearing which rescheduled to commence on for June 22, 2026;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having granted a request, on consent of the Parties, to amend some of the procedural timelines contained in the Procedural Order;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the following dates from the Procedural Order are revised:
Exchange of Witness Statements from May 8, 2026 to May 15, 2026;
Exchange of Reply Witness Statements (if any) from May 29, 2026 to June 5, 2026;
In all other respects, the Procedural Order remains the same.
