THESE MATTERS having come before the Tribunal for a Case Management Conference (“CMC”) held by videoconference on April 15, 2026;
AND THE PARTIES having submitted a draft but incomplete Procedural Order for the consideration of the Tribunal
AND THE TRIBUNAL having directed the Parties to finalize the draft Procedural Order by on or before May 8, 2026
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS THAT:
The Parties shall deliver to the Tribunal on or before May 8, 2026 a further draft Procedural Order which proposes a date for the commencement of the final hearing in this proceeding and which also includes all other required dates and details including but not limited to a full description of the issues proposed to be dealt with at the hearing;
In the event that the Parties are unable to agree on the terms of the Procedural Order described in section 1 above, they shall deliver a draft which delineates all areas of disagreement;
This Vice Chair shall remain seized of this proceeding for case management purposes, including all motion practice, but shall not be seized in respect of the final hearing or for any mediation that may be convened
