UPON APPEAL having brought by Eden Oak (Bayfield) Inc. regarding the failure of the Town of Halton Hills to make a decision regarding applications in accordance with subsections 22(7), 34(11), and 51(34) of the Planning Act.
AND THE TRIBUNAL having scheduled this second Case Management Conference to receive updates from the Parties. The Tribunal heard that the Parties have been engaged in mediations and seek a thirteen (13) day hearing.
AND THE TRIBUNAL confirmed a hearing to commence on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 commencing at 10 a.m. by videoconference, thirteen (13) days has been set aside.
