1This was the first Case Management Conference (“CMC”) in the matter of the appeal by 1455 Royal York Road Limited (“Appellant”), arising from the failure of the City of Toronto (“City”) to make a decision within the applicable statutory timeline for a Zoning By-law Amendment, pursuant to ss. 34(11) of the Planning Act, for the property located at 1455 Royal York Road.
2The Appellant is seeking to permit the development of two blocks of stacked townhouses, containing 72 residential units.
3The Tribunal marked the Affidavit of Service as Exhibit 1.
4There were no status requests for this CMC.

5The Tribunal reminded the Parties that if they are interested in Tribunal-led mediation, they should reach out to the assigned Case Coordinator.
