THESE MATTERS having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the "Tribunal") for a Case Management Conference on July 9, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued the Procedural Order on December 15, 2025, for the purpose of governing the required procedures leading up to the hearing commencing on March 23, 2026;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request to amend one of the procedural timelines contained in the Procedural Order;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the following dates from the Procedural Order are amended:
Parties to exchange witness statements and expert witness statements (paragraph 13) changed from February 6, 2026, to February 16, 2026;
In all other respects the Procedural Order remains the same.
