AMENDING DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL DELIVERED BY yasna faghani
1In accordance with Rule 24.4 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Practice and Procedure, whereby the Tribunal may at any time and without prior notice to the Parties correct a technical or typographical error made in a decision or order, the Decision and Order (“Decision”) issued on April 1, 2026, is hereby amended.
2By replacing paragraph [12] condition 3 date regarding on the variance expiry date that is found at the end of condition 3 from “November 19, 2027” to “April 1, 2028” which is now shown as:
- That this variance to the Zoning By-law is for the purpose of obtaining a building permit and is only valid for a period of two years from the date of decision. Should a building permit not be issued by the Town within two years, the variance shall expire on April 1, 2028.
3In all other respects, the Tribunal’s Decision remains the same.
