THE TRIBUNAL having received a partial withdrawal from Unimotion-Gear, a division of Magna Powertrain Inc. (“Unimotion”) of its appeal of the Town of Aurora Official Plan, 2024 enacted by By-law No. 6579-24 (“OP”) in this proceeding (“Partial Withdrawal”) in order to limit its appeal only in respect of lands at 245 Edward Street, Aurora owned by Unimotion (“Subject Property”);
AND THE TRIBUNAL having determined that pursuant to subsection 17(30.1) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, the effect of the Partial Withdrawal shall permit the coming into force of the OP with respect to all lands in the Town of Aurora save and except for the Subject Lands, subject only to any earlier Orders made by the Tribunal with respect to other appeals of the OP;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS THAT the Town of Aurora Official Plan, 2024 enacted by By-law No. 6579-24 shall be in full force and effect with respect to all lands within the Town of Aurora save and except for the Subject Property.
