MEMORANDUM OF ORAL DECISION DELIVERED BY JENNIFER GOLD ON MARCH 6, 2026 AND ORDER OF THE TRIBUNAL
INTRODUCTION
1This decision and order relate to the second Case Management Conference (“CMC”) for Tribunal File No. OLT-25-000607 and the first CMC for Tribunal File No. OLT 25-000938, in relation to appeals pursuant to section 17, subsections (24) and 17(36) of the Planning Act (“Act”) against the decisions of the Town of Caledon (“Town”) to adopt Official Plan Amendment No. 285 (“OPA 285”), Official Plan Amendment No. 2 (“OPA 2”), establish the Wildfield Village Secondary Plan and to apply land use designations and policies for these lands. The subject lands are comprised of 355 hectares (877 acres) of primarily agricultural and rural residential land uses, surrounded by more agricultural and low-density uses. The property is bounded by the Highway 413 Protection Corridor to the north, The Gore Road to the east, Centreville Creek Road to the west, and Mayfield Road to the south.
2The Tribunal received and marked the Affidavit of Service sworn February 17, 2026 attesting to proper Notice having been given for this CMC for the new appeal, OLT-25-000938, as Exhibit 1.
3The Tribunal received Party status requests from Global Properties Inc., Global Properties (1) Inc. and Global Properties (2) Inc., and having considered their submissions, granted them Party status for the new appeal, OLT-25-000938. Global Properties Inc., Global Properties (1) Inc. and Global Properties (2) Inc. were granted Party status in the original appeal, OLT-25-000607 at the first CMC in that appeal. The Tribunal received a request for Participant status from the Peel District School Board, and having considered its submission, granted it Participant status. The Peel District School Board was granted Participant status in the original appeal, OLT-25-000607, at the first CMC in that appeal.
4As a draft Procedural Order and Issues List had not been received by the Tribunal in advance of the CMC and in order for the Parties to have time to prepare it, this matter is scheduled for a further CMC by video at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, May 19, 2026.

10THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS:
The Parties shall file with the Tribunal the draft Procedural Order and Issues List 10 days in advance of the next Case Management Conference.
The appeals (OLT-25-000607 and OLT-25-000938) shall be heard together.
