THIS MATTER having come before the Tribunal;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued an Order dated March 16, 2026, allowing the appeal of the Six Nations of the Grand River Band of Indians for Amendment No. 42 to the Official Plan for the City of Kitchener pursuant to the Tribunal’s authority under s.9(1) of the Ontario Land Tribunal Act;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request from the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing for an amendment to the phrasing to remove “the appeal by the Six Nations of the Grand River Band of Indians is allowed” from the Tribunal’s Order;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having reviewed the request and hereby amends the Order issued on March 16, 2026 to remove “the appeal by the Six Nations of the Grand River Band of Indians is allowed” from the Tribunal’s Order;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that pursuant to the Tribunal’s authority under s.9(1) of the Ontario Land Tribunal Act, the Tribunal’s file (OLT-25-000926) relating to Amendment No. 42 to the Official Plan for the City of Kitchener is hereby closed.
