THIS MATTER, in respect of the lands known municipally as 8383 Mississauga Road (“Subject Lands”) in the City of Brampton (“City”), came before the Ontario Land Tribunal (“Tribunal”) on March 3, 2026 for a Case Management Conference;
THE TRIBUNAL was informed that the Parties are in communication and requested Tribunal-led mediation to either scope or resolve the matters in dispute;
THE TRIBUNAL directed the Parties to reach out to the Case Coordinator, who will assist with liaising with the Tribunal’s mediation team.
