UPON APPEAL having been brought by 2872362 Ontario Inc. pursuant to s. 22 (7) of the Planning Act (“Act”) for an Official Plan Amendment (“OPA”) and s. 34(11) of the Act for a Zoning By-law Amendment (“ZBL”) on the non-decisions by the City of Toronto (“City”) of the applications for the property municipally known as 554-552 Eglinton Avenue East and 12-14 Bruce Park Avenue in the City;
THE TRIBUNAL marked as Exhibit 1 the Affidavit of Service by Emily Clarkson dated January 30, 2026, attesting to proper Notice having been given for this Case Management Conference (“CMC”) and proceeded to conduct a Case Management Conference (“CMC”) on March 3, 2026 by video conference;
AND THE TRIBUNAL, on consent of the parties granted Participant Status to 1262571 Ontario Inc. and Party Status to Metro Ontario Real Estate Limited;
AND THE TRIBUNAL confirmed the Parties’ awareness of Tribunal-led mediation;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having consent of the Parties, scheduled a second CMC to commence in six months’ time to allow for discussions and possible mediation on Wednesday, September 9, 2026 at 10 a.m., by video conference;

THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS THAT:
A second CMC is scheduled as detailed above to allow for Tribunal led mediation;
The Parties are to submit a draft Procedural Order, including Issues List, to the Tribunal prior to the second CMC; and
This Member is not seized, however, remains available to assist with the case management of this proceeding, subject to the Tribunal’s calendar;

The Conservation Review Board, the Environmental Review Tribunal, the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal and the Mining and Lands Tribunal are amalgamated and continued as the Ontario Land Tribunal (“Tribunal”). Any reference to the preceding tribunals or the former Ontario Municipal Board is deemed to be a reference to the Tribunal.
