THESE MATTERS having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) for a Case Management Conference on October 22, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued the Procedural Order on November 14, 2025, for the purpose of governing the required procedures leading up to the hearing commencing on April 20, 2026;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request, on consent of the Parties, to amend some of the procedural timelines contained in the Procedural Order issued on November 14, 2025;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the following dates from the November 14, 2025 Procedural Order are amended:
Parties to exchange Witness Statements, summoned witness outlines, Expert Reports and Participant Statements changed from February 13, 2026, to March 9, 2026;
Parties to exchange Reply Witness Statements (if any) changed from March 13, 2026, to March 25, 2026;
AND THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that in all other respects the November 14, 2025 Procedural Order remains the same.
