UPON APPEALS having been brought by Stillwater Station Ltd. pursuant to s. 22(7) of the Planning Act (“Act”) for an Official Plan Amendment (“OPA”) and s. 34(11) of the Act for a Zoning By-law Amendment on the non-decisions by the City of Ottawa (“City”) of the applications for the property municipally known as 1987 Robertson Road, in the City;
AND THE TRIBUNAL marked as Exhibit 1 the Affidavit of Service by Melinda Torrance dated January 14, 2026, attesting to proper Notice having been given for this Case Management Conference (“CMC”) and proceeded to conduct a CMC on February 24, 2026, by video conference;
AND THE TRIBUNAL on consent of the Parties, granted Party status to Canadian National Railway Company (CN);
AND THE TRIBUNAL confirmed the Parties’ awareness of Tribunal-led mediation;
AND THE TRIBUNAL scheduled a 12-day Merit Hearing to commence on Monday, April 20, 2026 at 10 a.m., through to Thursday, May 1, 2026 and continue on May 11-12, 2026 at 10 a.m. by video conference;

THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS THAT:
A twelve - day Merit Hearing is scheduled as detailed above; and,
The Parties are to submit the final Procedural Order, including Issues List, to the Tribunal on or before Friday, March 6, 2026.

The Conservation Review Board, the Environmental Review Tribunal, the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal and the Mining and Lands Tribunal are amalgamated and continued as the Ontario Land Tribunal (“Tribunal”). Any reference to the preceding tribunals or the former Ontario Municipal Board is deemed to be a reference to the Tribunal.
