THESE MATTERS having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) for a Case Management Conference on July 8, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued the Procedural Order on September 9, 2025, for the purpose of governing the required procedures leading up to the hearing commencing on February 17, 2026;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued an Amending Procedural Order on November 7, 2025, on consent of the Parties, to amend various deadlines in the Procedural Order;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a further request, on consent of the Parties, to amend various deadlines in the Procedural Order and release the first four days of the 9-day hearing;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the following dates from the Procedural Order are amended:
Exchange of Witness Statements – from December 12, 2025 to January 22, 2026;
Exchange of Reply Statements (if any) – from January 16, 2026 to February 2, 2026;
Exchange of visual evidence (if any) and Joint Document Book – from January 30, 2026 to February 16, 2026;
Hearing Plan filed with the Tribunal – from February 6, 2026 to February 16, 2026
Commencement of hearing – from February 17, 2026 to February 23, 2026;
In all other respects the Procedural Order remains the same.
