AND THE TRIBUNAL having received confirmation on February 6, 2026 on consent of the parties indicating that they have agreed to dismiss the Claim on a without-costs basis;

THE TRIBUNAL HEREBY ORDERS THAT the matter is dismissed on a without costs basis.
