THESE MATTERS having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) for a Case Management Conference on November 26, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued the Procedural Order on December 12, 2025, for the purpose of governing the required procedures leading up to the hearing commencing on May 11, 2026;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request, on consent of the Parties, to amend some of the procedural timelines contained in the Procedural Order;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the following dates from the Procedural Order are amended:
April 2, 2026, of the two‑day Case Management Conference (CMC), scheduled to commence on April 1, 2026, is released;
The Merit Hearing scheduled for May 11, 2026, is adjourned sine die.;
A Status Hearing is scheduled for August 17, 2026:
