THESE MATTERS having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) for a Case Management Conference on July 24, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued the Procedural Order on October 6, 2025, and an amending Procedural Order on November 28, 2025 for the purpose of governing the required procedures leading up to the hearing commencing on March 3, 2026 for 9 days;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request, on consent of the Parties, to amend some of the procedural timelines contained in the Procedural Order issued on October 6, 2025;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the following dates from the October 6, 2025 Procedural Order are amended:
Parties are to provide reply witness statements (paragraph 17) changed from February 2, 2026 to February 9, 2026;
Parties shall provide copies of their visual evidence (paragraph 19) changed from February 11, 2026 to February 18, 2026;
Parties shall cooperate to prepare and share a joint document book (paragraph 20) changed from February 11, 2026 to February 18, 2026;
In all other respects the Procedural Order issued on October 6, 2025 and the amending Procedural Order Issued on November 28, 2025 remain the same.
