MEMORANDUM OF ORAL DECISION DELIVERED BY S. TOUSAW ON JANUARY 16, 2026 AND ORDER OF THE TRIBUNAL
1At this fourth Case Management Conference (“CMC”), the Tribunal approved the Procedural Order (“PO”) and set dates for the Hearing on the Merits of the three remaining Appellants to the City of Toronto’s (“City”) Official Plan Amendment 778.
24158 Kingston Road Inc. c/o NAGD was not in attendance at this CMC, having withdrawn its appeal by letter dated January 13, 2026.
3829 The Queensway Inc. anticipates confirmation in February 2026 that its appeal is resolved with the City, at which time the City will file an amended PO for the Tribunal’s approval.
4A five-day Hearing on the Merits is scheduled commencing Monday, November 30, 2026 at 10 a.m. by video conference. No further Notice will be given.
