THESE MATTERS having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) for a Case Management Conference on March 18, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued the Procedural Order on May 5, 2025, for the purpose of governing the required procedures leading up to the hearing commencing on February 17, 2026;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request, on consent of the Parties, to amend some of the procedural timelines contained in the Procedural Order;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the following dates from the Procedural Order are amended:
Parties to submit revised plans (if any) (paragraph 9) changed from September 19, 2025, to October 24, 2025;
Parties to exchange witness lists changed from October 20, 2025, to November 3, 2025;
Expert’s Meeting (paragraph 10) changed from November 19, 2025, to November 26, 2025;
Parties to exchange Agreed Statement of Facts (paragraph 11) changed from December 4, 2025, to December 10, 2025;
Parties to exchange witness statements (paragraph 14) changed from December 12, 2025 to December 19, 2025;
In all other respects the Procedural Order remains the same.
