AMENDING DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL DELIVERED BY S. deBOER
1In accordance with Rule 24.4 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Practice and Procedure, whereby the Tribunal may at any time and without prior notice to the Parties correct a technical or typographical error made in a decision or order, the Decision and Order (“Decision”) issued on August 12, 2025, is hereby amended with the following:
a. changing the the GoTo Meeting link from “https://global.gotomeeting.com/join/979388733” to “https://global.gotomeeting.com/join/687587165” in paragraph [8];
b. changing the access code from “979-388-733” to “687-587-165” in paragraph [8] and paragraph [10]; and
c. changing the audio-only telephone line from “+1 (647) 497-9393” to “+1 (647) 497-9373” in paragraph [10].
2In all other respects, the Tribunal’s Decision remains the same.
