THESE MATTERS having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) for a Case Management Conference on May 6, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued the Revised Procedural Order on May 27, 2025, for the purpose of governing the required procedures leading up to the hearing commencing on January 12, 2026;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request, on consent of the Parties, to amend some of the procedural timelines contained in the Procedural Order;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the following dates from the Procedural Order are amended:
Deadline for Expert Witness Meetings (para.10 and Attachment 1) changed from September 24, 2025, to October 8, 2025;
Deadline for Statement of Agreed Facts and Issues (para. 10 and Attachment 1) changed from October 6, 2025, to October 22, 2025;
Deadline for Witness Statements, Expert Witness Statements and Participant Statements (paras. 13 and 14, and Attachment 1) changed from October 14, 2025, to November 4, 2025;
In all other respects the Procedural Order remains the same.
