UPON APPEALS brought separately by Exhibition Lands Regional Inc., and Greater Ottawa Home Builders' Association, under section 17(24) of the Planning Act, concerning the passing of the City of Ottawa Official Plan Amendment 34;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having marked as Exhibit 1 the Affidavit of Service attesting to proper Notice having been given for this Case Management Conference (“CMC”), proceeded to conduct a CMC on September 18, 2025, held by videoconference;
AND THE TRIBUNAL, having received a request for Party status from VIA Rail Canada Inc. and having considered their submissions, granted Party status to VIA Rail Canada Inc.;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having confirmed the Parties’ awareness of Tribunal-led mediation;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having scheduled a Second CMC to commence at 10 am on Thursday, January 15, 2026, by videoconference;
