THIS MATTER having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) for a Case Management Conference on April 29, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued the Procedural Order on July 31, 2025, for the purpose of governing the required procedures leading up to the hearing commencing on October 20, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued an amended Procedural Order on August 16, 2025 at the request of the Parties to amend various procedural deadlines in the Procedural Order;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request, on consent of the Parties, to amend some of the procedural timelines contained in the Procedural Order;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the following dates from the Procedural Order are amended:
Parties to exchange witness statements and expert witness statements, changed from September 12, 2025 to September 19, 2025.
In all other respects the Procedural Order remains the same.

The Conservation Review Board, the Environmental Review Tribunal, the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal and the Mining and Lands Tribunal are amalgamated and continued as the Ontario Land Tribunal (“Tribunal”). Any reference to the preceding tribunals or the former Ontario Municipal Board is deemed to be a reference to the Tribunal.
