THIS MATTER having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) for a Case Management Conference on June 11, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued the Procedural Order on July 4, 2025, for the purpose of governing the required procedures leading up to the hearing commencing on Monday, April 13, 2026;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received the Participant Status Request of Bruce and Linda Kolpin, with no objections from the Parties for the Tribunal to grant Participant Status to Bruce and Linda Kolpin;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having obtained the consent of the Parties, to amend the Procedural Order;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the following items from the Procedural Order are amended:
- Amending the List of Participants on Page 12, Attachment 1, by adding the following Participants:
