UPON APPEAL brought by Malvern Town Centre Inc. pursuant to ss. 22(7) and 34(11) of the Planning Act regarding the failure of the City of Toronto to make decisions within the required timelines on applications for an Official Plan Amendment and a Zoning By-law Amendment for the property municipally known as 27, 31 and 51 Tapscott Road;
THE TRIBUNAL having marked as Exhibit 1 the Affidavit of Service attesting to proper Notice having been given for this Case Management Conference (“CMC”) and having proceeded to conduct the CMC on September 9, 2025 by videoconference;
AND THE TRIBUNAL, having received seven requests for Participant status from:

AND THE TRIBUNAL, having considered their requests and the submissions of Counsel for the Parties, granted Participant status to all requestors;
AND THE TRIBUNAL, having received a request by the Parties to have matters OLT-25-000513 and OLT-25-000514 heard together;
AND THE TRIBUNAL, having confirmed the Parties’ awareness of Tribunal-led mediation;
AND THE TRIBUNAL, at the CMC having scheduled a second CMC to commence on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at 10 a.m. by videoconference;
