AMENDING DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL DELIVERED BY G.A. CROSER
1In accordance with Rule 24.4 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Practice and Procedure, whereby the Tribunal may at any time and without prior notice to the Parties correct a technical or typographical error made in a decision or order, the Decision and Order (“Decision”) issued on December 23, 2024, is hereby amended by:
a. correcting the spelling of Revenue Properties Company Ltd. and Morguard Investments Limited counsel’s name in the Appearances List, from “Shapiro” to “Shapira”;
b. correcting the spelling of the City of Toronto counsel’s name in paragraphs [8] and [9], from “Kaillo” to “Kallio”; and,
c. correcting the spelling of Revenue Properties Company Ltd. and Morguard Investments Limited’s site name in paragraphs [9], [20], [21], [22], and [31], from “CentrePoint Mall” to “Centerpoint Mall”.
2In all other respects, the Tribunal’s Decision remains the same.
