WHEREAS THE TRIBUNAL having issued its Decision in OLT-22-002301 on September 19, 2022, following a settlement hearing, amended Zoning By-law 2010-040 and approved the Draft Plan of Subdivision #D1201111 (the "Draft Plan") subject to the fulfillment of conditions, including a condition that approval of the Draft Plan is for a period of three years (the "Lapsing Condition");
AND THE TRIBUNAL having been informed that because of the Lapsing Condition, the Draft Plan is scheduled to lapse on September 19, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a Notice of Appeal of the Lapsing Condition pursuant to subsection 51(43) of the Planning Act, seeking an extension of the Lapsing Condition to September 19, 2028;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having been informed that the Town of Collingwood's Director of Growth and Development authorized the extension of the lapsing period to October 19, 2025;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that approval of the Draft Plan is extended on an interim basis and shall lapse on October 19, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL FURTHER ORDERS that a one-hour Telephone Conference (TCC) take place on October 15, 2025 in relation to this matter;
AND THE TRIBUNAL FURTHER ORDERS that it may be spoken to in the event any matter or matters should arise in the connection with the implementation of this Interim Order.
