THIS MATTER having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the "Tribunal") for a Case Management Conference on October 28, 2024;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued the Procedural Order on December 13, 2024, for the purpose of governing the required procedures leading up to the hearing commencing on October 6, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request, on consent of the Parties, to amend one of the procedural timelines contained in the Procedural Order;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the following dates from the Procedural Order are amended:
Parties to exchange responding witness statements (paragraph 17) changed from September 5, 2025, to September 12, 2025;
In all other respects the Procedural Order remains the same.
