THIS MATTER having come to the Tribunal under section 34(11) of the Planning Act;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued the Procedural Order on August 8 2025, for the purpose of governing the required procedures leading up to the hearing commencing on November 12, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request, on consent of the Parties, to amend the timing of the Agreed Statement of Facts and Issues contained in the Procedural Order;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the Procedural Order is amended by changing the date to file the Statement of Agreed Facts and Issues from September 5, 2025, to September 12, 2025.
In all other respects the Procedural Order remains the same.
