THIS MATTER having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) for a Case Management Conference on February 14, 2025;

Undertakings to be Answered changed from June 3, 2025, to July 31, 2025;
Parties to exchange Discovery Motions (if any) changed from July 8, 2025, to August 22, 2025;
Parties to exchange Witness List changed from July 29, 2025, to August 27, 2025;
Claimant to submit Expert Reports and Witness Statements changed from July 31, 2025, to September 5, 2025;
Respondent to submit Expert Reports and Witness Statements changed from September 11, 2025, to October 17, 2025;
Parties to exchange Reply Expert Reports (if any) and Reply Witness Statements, (if any) changed from October 9, 2025, to November 14, 2025;
Leave to provide written sur-reply submission changed from October 16, 2025, to November 21, 2025;
In all other respects the Procedural Order remains the same.
