THESE MATTERS having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) for a Case Management Conference on July 24, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued an Order on July 28, 2025 for the purpose of consolidating appeals, scheduling a hearing date and requiring the submission of an issues list and procedural order;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request, on consent of the Parties, to amend the procedural timelines contained in the Order;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the following dates from the Order are amended:
The City of Ottawa will provide the Appellant the updated Issues List on or before Thursday, August 7, 2025 changed to September 11, 2025; and
The Parties will provide the Tribunal with an updated procedural order and issues list on or before Thursday, August 14, 2025 changed to September 11, 2025.
In all other respects the Order remains the same.
