Parties to exchange witness statements and expert witness statements as noted in Paragraph 14, changed from August 29, 2025, to September 5, 2025;
Parties to exchange reply witness statements and expert witness statements as noted in Paragraph 17, changed from September 19, 2025, to September 26, 2025;
In all other respects the Procedural Order remains the same.
