AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued the Procedural Order on May 21, 2025, for the purpose of governing the required procedures leading up to the hearing commencing on October 6, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request, on consent of the Parties, to amend some of the procedural timelines contained in the Procedural Order;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the following dates from the Procedural Order are amended:
Witness List – from July 31 to August 25, 2025;
Witness Statement – from August 26 to September 12, 2025;
Reply Witness Statement – from September 11 to September 19, 2025.
In all other respects the Procedural Order remains the same.
