THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the following dates from the amended Procedural Order are revised:
Parties to exchange witness statements and expert witness statements extended to September 22, 2025;
Parties to exchange reply witness statements and expert witness statements extended to October 14, 2025;
In all other respects, the amended Procedural Order remains the same.
