THESE MATTERS having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) for a Case Management Conference on February 20th, 2024;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued the Procedural Order on February 24th, 2025 for the purpose of governing the required procedures leading up to the hearing commencing on October 20th, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request, on consent of the Parties, to amend some of the procedural timelines contained in the Procedural Order;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the following dates from the Procedural Order are amended:
Meeting of like experts changed from July 21st, 2025 to July 28th, 2025;
Parties to exchange and file Agreed Statement of Facts changed from July 31st, 2025, to August 7th, 2025;
Parties to exchange Witness Statements from August 19th, 2025, to August 26th, 2025;
Parties to exchange Reply Witness Statements from September 19th, 2025, to August 26th, 2025;
In all other respects the Procedural Order remains the same.

The Conservation Review Board, the Environmental Review Tribunal, the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal and the Mining and Lands Tribunal are amalgamated and continued as the Ontario Land Tribunal (“Tribunal”). Any reference to the preceding tribunals or the former Ontario Municipal Board is deemed to be a reference to the Tribunal.
