THIS MATTER having come before the Tribunal for a 26-day hearing beginning on May 21, 2019;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued its Decision and an Interim Order on Feb. 11, 2020 approving an amendment to the County of Wellington Official Plan and an amendment to the Township of Guelph/Eramosa Zoning By-law;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having withheld the Final Order and Direction to the Ministry of Natural Resources pending confirmation of the fulfillment of certain conditions;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having now received confirmation that the stated conditions in the Interim Order have been satisfied;
THE TRIBUNAL HEREBY ORDERS the Ministry of Natural Resources to issue to James Dick Construction Limited the Licence under the Aggregate Resources Act together with the final Site Plans dated April 15, 2025.
