AMENDING DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL DELIVERED BY KURTIS SMITH
1In accordance with Rule 24.4 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Practice and Procedure, whereby the Tribunal may at any time and without prior notice to the Parties correct a technical or typographical error made in a decision or order, the Decision and Order (“Decision”) issued on July 22, 2025, is hereby amended.
2By deleting paragraph [12] from the Decision and replacing with the following:
12Ms. Leisk disagreed and asserted that this was a minor technical error. Ms. Leisk further communicated that her primary concern is that the appeal would be “closed” due to the outcome of the Settlement Hearing mentioned above.
3As well as, correcting paragraph [5] to [11] and appearance list from any reference of “Ms. Huctwich” to “Ms. Huctwith”.
4In all other respects, the Tribunal’s Decision remains the same.
