UPON APPEAL filed by Rowhedge Construction Ltd. regarding the Town of Oakville’s conditional approval of its Site Plan Application. They appeal a condition which requires the lands municipally known as 45 and 55 William Halton Parkway East (“Subject Lands”) be removed from the Parkway Belt West Plan;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having considered the Parties’ submissions at the teleconference call whereby they requested a further teleconference in November 2025, to update the Tribunal on the status of their request to Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing regarding the removal of the Subject Lands from the Parkway Belt West Plan;
AND THE TRIBUNAL therefore scheduled a further teleconference to commence on Monday, November 3, 2025, at 10 a.m.;
