THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the following dates from the Procedural Order are amended:
Meeting of Like Experts from July 25, 2025 to August 8, 2025;
Agreed Upon Statement of Facts and Issues from August 5, 2025 to August 15, 2025;
Exchange of Witness and Expert Witness Statements and Participant Statements from September 4, 2025 to September 18, 2025;
Exchange of Reply Witness Statements from October 3, 2025 to October 8, 2025;
In all other respects, the Procedural Order remains the same.
